Humans of New York tuh photo blog s'orang fotografer nm aslinya keknya Brandon Stanton, dr taun 2010 ngumpulin portrait pnduduk New York n suka ngbagiin cerita2 unik mereka grin emotikon
Pas sy liat ni poto langsung sy tuh merinding asli Ya Allooooohhhh sjenak trpaku ngebaca captionnya yg cuma empat kata..
“Seen in Central Park”
Gak cuma krna fotonya, tp juga komentar-komentir di bawahnya cui... bkn komentar yg menyudutkan, tetapi justru kalimat-kalimit yg mnyejukkan hati n mnjadikan eike mrinding disko (':
Dari seorang Ateis:
“As an atheist who lives in Scotland’s largest Muslim community, this is not offensive. People praying is not offensive. Intolerance is offensive. Racism is offensive. Unkindness is offensive”
Dari seorang Christian:
“Never be ashamed of your faith. We know that Islam is religion of tolerance, and that the terrorists are extremists who are not real Muslims. Peace and love from a Christian”
Dari seorang Yahudi:
“I’m Jewish but everytime I see a person pray no matter the religion it makes me so calm and peaceful. like those Muslims in the photo, with all the day rush ,work, noises..they stop everything for a while and connect to god.
Dan komentar lainnya yang membuat saya malu sendiri:
"I admire how Muslim people can reserve time to be calm, pray, reconnect, be grateful, be mindful… five times a day! I want that for myself”
Karena seringkali masih menyepelekan sholat, sok sibuk dengan urusan dunia dan menempatkan sholat di prioritas terakhir.
“I think it’s so wonderful that people take time out of their day to realize that there is something so much more important than whatever they are doing right at that moment. Prayer is a powerful thing”
Hayoooo yg bukannya malah semangat, malah suka males klu dengar azan... atuh malu lah mereka bilang azan bisa mnjadi indah, bhkan di telinga mereka yg bisa jd gk memahami maknanya sperti kita smile emotikon
“When traveling in Muslim countries, one of my favorite sounds is the call to prayer. I remember sleeping on a rooftop in Mali and being awakened by the morning call under a still dark, star-studded sky- so beautiful!”
Terima kasih buat tamparan yg mngingatkan, kjujuran yg mmbahagiakan, n kata-kati yg mnyejukkan. Terima kasih buat pnghormatan yg diberikan kpd kami UMMAT MUSLIM..
Smoga kita semua bisa selalu menjaga kerukunan dalam perbedaan, di mana pun kita berada ^_< we are moslems n we r not terrorist.. d terrorist is not real Moslems !
Dan tinggal d negeri Non muslim itu mnjdkn sbuah tantangan buat mnguji keimanan ssorg, Alloh Hafiz !
Thanks, New York!
